(XM Satellite Radio) - This evening at 8:30 PM (ET) ECRI's managing director, Lakshman Achuthan, will talk on XM Radio (channel 130) about the the economy and markets. Achuthan will discuss what, if anything, policy makers can and should do about the various problems given ECRI's reading of where were are in the business cycle.
